So in order to fund another one of the Elder paintings I am going to buy I need to sell more of collection sadly...

So I am charging a little bit for the items I'm selling, I just really don't want to see them go tbh but then I also really want the eldar painting. Its a little bit of a win/lose but more win as these are originals that can never be bought otherwise.

Selling and organising :O

Well the last 3 days have been a bit bonkers from a lazy point of view.

Saturday football, so sure fun. I stayed there until 18:30 then came home and had dinner with Tina's aunty and uncle who are over for Tina's graduation. We had food then played Lord of the Rings board game until 12:30.. So saturday gone.

Sunday I thought alright I've got until 18:00 when I have to meet Tina and her family who have come over from Austria for the grad. So I just started taking out some boxes and looking at the lovely 3rd ed jizz source:

To be fair, the above photo was after 6 hours lol

But it shows what I got myself into. So I spent the entire day organising the items.

What was really silly was uploading the photos and explaining that I want to sell some of them. People don't really understand but

Anyway, some 350 notifications and 60 messages later and I've not even finished organising the models. 

Worse part, I need to itemise all of the items I have an put prices on them, prices I know nobody will pay :|

I love them all, these are my children. How could you sell your children (to buy a eldar original painting from Geoff Taylor) thats how :)

Well, these have been kicking around a while and I've never really taken them out of taken photos of them. So Here I am, doing it at long last.

I promise I will paint a squad of these, in the old school styles that I grew up loving. Even though I'm Eldar. I think the 2nd ed marines are the only ones that I actually have respect for. I'm not when it changed, but I believe its when we went to these stupid "war" photo boxes rather than the fade from light blue to white :D

Lord of the Rings - Before the movie ruined everything

A few months ago I managed to get my hands on many awesome blisters from back in the day. They weren't cheap, but man are they nice. I think these are the kind of blisters that actually make me want to take them out and paint them rather than horde them in the blister box.

The Room - September

I'm well aware that I am the only person who ever would want to see these. But for me, its a join to look back at myself over as the time passes by. What I wouldn't give for photos like this from when I was a kid growing up.

My first harlequin - A text for a colour scheme.

So I have wanted to paint harlequins since I first got into the hobby. At least, since I first knew of the existence.

I remember it so clearly, getting the codex that was in the journal and just being awe struck by the models but most of all the painting on them. 

I actually still have the model I attempted to paint and nowhere near finishing when I was 13. 

So here below is the modern attempt and tbh, so far I hate it lol I will keep going just to have a finished model, but not because I think the result will be good. I haven't used enough colours to make it look smooth or enticing.
